The global labour force is shrinking rapidly, with 85 million manual jobs projected to go unfilled by 2030. As populations age and birth rates fall, fewer workers are entering the hiring pool—exacerbating shortages, especially in physically demanding industries. Meanwhile, millions of unsafe and undesirable jobs remain vacant, with thousands of fatal workplace injuries reported annually. Demand for labour is rising, but the supply is collapsing.
Our primary focus is serving factories and industrial environments, where labour shortages and repetitive tasks are most critical. As AI systems become capable of mastering more complex actions in dynamic settings—and as robot bodies become safer—we’ll expand into homes and hospitality.
