They vary considerably in size, from the large household that supports the sovereign to the household of the Prince and Princess of Wales, with fewer members.

Problem
The previous website was built on outdated CMS platforms, lacked mobile responsiveness, and made it difficult for internal staff to update or manage content efficiently.

Members or the British Royal Famiy, internal household staff and the international press.
01.Crown & Craft. At Buckingham Palace, I worked on digital products that blended heritage with modern UX. I helped redesign internal systems used by royal staff, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and elegance befitting the institution’s stature. My role involved streamlining workflows, enhancing usability, and ensuring visual consistency across legacy tools. The result was a more intuitive, efficient digital experience that supported day-to-day operations within one of the UK’s most iconic institutions.
